Here resides the documentation and explication as well as executables of Miles Lamensky's (me) Cartoon App. The program runs in C# with the purpose of transmogrifying a photo from its natural, dull, 'blah,' state into the more eccentric cartoonish feel shown above, exemplified by our beloved forefather Friedrich Nietzsche.
Personal Philosophy: Computer Science ought to be an outlet for personal creative energies; code should reflect the intentions, however chaotic, of the programmer, while maintaining a sincere awareness of those users who might stumble upon one's creation. In other words, to completely conform to the standards of the industry is to lose touch with the original motivation: creating to create. Severing computer science from passionate creation is suicide.
