Project Description: Design and implement a web-based tracking sytem for a major program.

General Requirements:

(1) Identify and follow an appropriate system software development methodology.
(2) Test the sytem at all levels.
(3) Use the anticipated CS major program as the prototype.
(4) ATS contains administrator, alumni, and public access.
(5) Alumni can edit some of their own data.
(6) Use a database management system and SQL to access it.
(7) The database must be normalized to Boyce-Codd normal form.
(8) If the .net platform is used, system development must closely follow Visual Studio 6 protocols.
