CCR Vison installation instructions

- Install webcam drivers
- Connect webcam, test it with camera's software
- Copy converts.dll to C:\DLL\  *IMPORTANT*
- copy all project files to your hard drive
- double click CCRVision.vbp to open the project
- double click CCRVision.exe to run the compiled program
