Your username and old password have been supplied to you. To change your password you must:

Enter your new password in the "New Password" box. Confrim your new password by entering the exact same password into the "Confirm New Password" box. Click the button.

Once you have successfully changed your password, you will automatically be transfered to the "Welcome" screen.
