·         Led research and analysis of customer-facing web portals to deliver requirements and scenarios from various web presences within and external to GE Healthcare.

·         Presented analysis, recommendation of technology and customer experience process map to ITO COE leaders.

·         Key member of EID Volunteer Committee; organized environmental volunteer opportunities and recruited participants.

 

St. Norbert College – Academic Tutor, School terms 2004 – 2006

·         Assisted fellow students with time management and study methods for math and psychology courses.

·         Designed and developed an administrative tool for office supervisor to improve tutor/student matching, comprising of both a web and Visual Basic interface. Concept originated in coursework.

 

Beloit Beverage Company – Semester Break Employment, Summer 2005 / Winter 2005-2006

·              Responsible for delivery route to various grocery stores and establishments in southeastern Wisconsin.
