The purpose of this project is to create a program that can convert real images into a cartoon-like version of that image in reasonable time. The image above is a the end product goal with averaged and smoothed colors and a slight border. The program should allow the user to input the amount of colors visible and which colors those are.
Cartoon images are neat.
