Self-driving technology was created to allow cars and trucks to be operated on roads with a reduction in required human intervention. This technology has the potential to make road-ways faster, safer, and more efficient. The way autonomous driving works includes many different sensors and cameras that all use programming to drive like a human would. Many challenges arise with self-driving technology such as battery sustainability, accidents, road limitations (lack of lines on roads, hard to see signs, etc.), and cybersecurity. Today, self-driving car companies work to reduce these limitations and improve self-driving.
