Create a voice editor that allows he user to select a collection of voice snippets from conversation and has the ability to rearrange them into new sequences.

General Requirements
- The user can easily mark a voice snippet.
- Save snippets to an appropriate data structure.
- Design a snippet search/retrieval option.
- The editor support functions like play, seek, mark, fast forward, rewind...
- Design a compose function that allows the user to create and play a sequence of voice snippets.

Executable Files
To run the program download the executable zip and unzip the contents into a folder. Then run the Capstone.Project.exe file. It will require that all the files in the folder be present to run. There is an included recordings folder which contains prerecorded speech which can be loaded into the snippet creator.
