My name is Alex Dowlding and I currently study at St. Norbert College. I will graduate with a major in computer science and a minor in political science. This will be my first mobile application, so I'm very excited to develop my first app.
Philosophy
Computers and their many intricacies have always fascinated me, whether I was trying to fix up an old machine or I was playing some video game. I desired to know how they work and how developers can make these ever more seemingly impossible things happen on a screen. This passion and subsequent researching, learning, and understanding led me to attend St. Norbert College. I've learned a lot about computing in my classes, but I've also learned a lot about myself. I get the most joy out of life by helping others, so my biggest desire is to create something that others will find useful and convenient. Every other goal I have is derived from that very idea.
