Project Description

Create an application that attaches filters to faces in photos and videos that can be shared with others. 

Requirements:
Create several predefined filters such as whiskers, clown noses, antennae, etc.
Allow users to create or supply their own filters (potentially).
Be able to capture a selfie and a video.
Develop a technique to attach the chosen filter to the face.
Be able to size the filter and/or selfie to obtain a good "fit".
Attached filters should move with the face in videos.
Share images with friends.
Save, open, edit features are helpful.
