Background
I started at St. Norbert College in the Fall of 2014. From the very beginning, I declared Computer Science as my major. I did not know what I would do with the degree, or if I would even graduate with it as my major. Nearly a dozen CS courses, a summer at campus IT, an internship at Associated Bank, and countless hours of self-exploration later, I can now say that Computer Science is without a doubt a passion in life.
In the summer of '16, I worked with the enterprise applications team at SNC's ITS. I was introduced there to version control, automation, and some of the standard technology of IT. One year later, the CIO who I worked alongside at SNC ITS generously set me up with an internship through Associated Bank. During my year with Associated, I spent the majority of my time with the database administration team working on some of their automation and scripted reports. And now, in my final semester of college, I have worked to bring together a bit of everything that I have learned in order to make sure that life on a model railroad goes a bit more smoothly. |
