Computer Science is a field that allows for experimentation and creativity. There are many different ways to do a specified task with computers, and finding the best way to do that task is one of the parts that makes Computer Science interesting. I like dissecting code to examine exactly what it is doing, as well as thinking of other things to do with it or making improvements upon it. Toying with examples, along with conducting research, allows me to develop my own solutions that may be better, or at least different, than the solution with which I was originally presented. Doing this allows me to apply my knowledge to future projects by creative thinking, not just regurgitation of memorized code and methods.
