In the past, cell phones were larger and bulkier than those of the present. They were “bare bone” compared to those of today as well. Remote car starters do not have a very extensive past. It was first developed mainly for people living in climates that have extreme highs and lows. It was designed so that the air conditioning could cool a car in a hot climate or warm a car in a cold climate. In terms of a product’s life cycle, they are still a relatively new product. The first patented remote car start with anti-theft protection was in May 1998. It was not brought to the consumer market for another year or two though. The anti-theft protection of the remote starter is a feature that will shut off the car if the gas or brake is pressed without the presence of the key.
Eye-Q
The Gravely Eye-Q was first introduced in 2003 by the Ariens Company. It is an electronic data system that can assess the maintenance of a lawn mower as well as analyze time management. The Eye-Q is a very new product on the market too, and does not have an extensive past.
