Dr. Ravi Agarwal joined St. Norbert College faculty in 2010 as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science.
Dr. Agarwal’s research interests include Software Engineering, Software Processes, Usability Study, Agent-based Simulation, Project Simulation, Project Management, Evolutionary Computation and Mobile Platforms. Additionally, he works with outreach initiatives to improve computer science education at various levels. The outreach programs are focused on getting students interested in STEM disciplines and future technology careers.
Dr. Agarwal’s most current research is aimed at understanding the use of simulation to model software development process and identify current practices and issues in software development process simulation modeling.
