Joshua LamackOne of most unique things about programming is the act of creation that occurs for each line of code written. I first felt this sense of satisfaction through playing with Legos as a child. As surprising as it may sound Lego blocks and lines of code go together remarkably well. Each is needed to complete the figure or program that is the ultimate end goal.
This satisfaction must also be what artists feel when getting done creating great works of art. While I do not consider myself an artist by any means Computer Science has allow me to feel good about items that I create. The sense of satisfaction that occurs when you hand the user an application drives me on to create. Which is why I keep (and hope to continue) writing code.
