Last week we were all given various projects for our capstones.
While most nights of this past week I had been tied up with directing Knight Theatre’s production of Knight Theatre Through The Years, I found some spare time to download and use the app PhotoViva. Upon using the app, my mind began to whirl. I am not quite sure how I am going to create a mobile app that will be able to accomplish this, but I will start with small steps. To begin with, I need to choose a language in which to program my app. Since I am an Apple user, I’m thinking of potentially programming an iOS app. After meeting with Dr. McVey on Thursday, I plan to solidify my programming language.
Looking ahead I also will solidify a layout for my app. Not only do I want my app to be functional in the end, but I also want to use the graphic designer in me to make it “look pretty”.
