About Me
My name is Faith Fehrman and I am a current St. Norbert College senior studying data analytics and sport management. After I graduate, I will be attending Washington University in St. Louis, begining August 2026, for a Master's in the Business of Sports.
Philosophy Statement
As a summer host family for college baseball players, my love for data started at a young age when I wanted to understand how our players were performing on the field. This is where I learned to keep scorebook and track statistics for the players we hosted, my "summer brothers". Ultimately, this led me to pursue a degree in data analytics with the hope of entering the sports industry. At St. Norbert, I have developed a wide variety of technical skills to support my love for data analytics and intersect my interests in data and sports. Data is important to me because it allows me to create a mutual passion with others and form relationships. This first allowed me to make connections with my "summer brothers,"" but has shaped my future as I hope to continue working with athletes to help them grow as players at a team and individual level.
